OCTOBER 2008 -- First I want to thank all the Grangers who helped out at the Big E this year. Whether you greeted visitors in the Connecticut room, worked in the Country Store or came on Grange Day and marched with us in the Big E parade, you all proved that the Grange is alive and active in New England and hopefully impressed some non-members enough to join.

OCTOBER 2008 -- Most every Grange member in Connecticut who has e-mail recently received a request from the National Grange Board of Directors to provide information on the use of the word Grange in connection with public suppers, food booths, bake sales and similar activities conducted by local Granges.
