The following is a proposed schedule for the 2010 State Session prepared by the State Grange Board of Directors.

Delegates to the October Session received a copy of this schedule and were asked to comment. Please review it and send your thoughts to the State Master or any member of the Board of Directors. Some changes to this proposed schedule are already being considered as a result of the discussion in October.

THURSDAY EVENING

Roll Call of Officers, Roll Call of Granges, Introduction of National Representatives, Committee Assignments, Introduction of Business without Debate.

9:00 P.M. Close

9:15 P.M. Committee Meetings

FRIDAY

9:00 A.M. - Open & Introductions, Roll Call of Officers

9:30 A.M. - Master's Address, Reports of State Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Committee/Board of Directors, Legislative Committee, Agriculture Committee and Committee work as time permits.

12:00 P.M. - Luncheon- CWA Presentations & Awards; Membership Awards; Information & Publicity Awards

1:30 P.M. - Business Session / Election of Officers

5:00 P.M. - Close

8:00 P.M. - Sixth Degree

SATURDAY

9:00 A.M. - Opening & Introductions, Roll Call of Officers

10:00 A.M. - Report of Deputies- General, East & West
