| NOVEMBER 16, 2010 -- The Connecticut Women’s Agricultural Network will sponsor “Getting Ahead of the Curve: Marketing Trends and Making Them Work for You” a participatory workshop on Saturday, November 20th, Zachs Community Room, School of Social Work, University of Connecticut, 1800 Asylum Avenue, West Hartford, CT from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Dr. John Donnellan, Professor, Business and Marketing, Holyoke Community College, Holyoke, Massachusetts will be the main presenter. Donnellan has considerable experience in the retail food and fashion sectors.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to approach such questions as: “What’s the next big food trend? How do I find new marketing strategies? How do I make my farm’s products stand out? Learn to identify emerging trends that can work for you.”
