| JANUARY 21, 2011 -- The Connecticut Farm-to-Chef Program will hold its annual meeting from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 31 at the Saybrook Point Inn and Spa in Old Saybrook.
Speakers include Saybrook Point Inn Executive Chef Carlos Cassar, Christine Applewhite of the state Department of Public Health’s food protection program, and Northeast Organic Farming Association Executive Director Bill Duesing.
