| MAY 25, 2011 -- The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station is a leader in scientific research in such varied topics as agricultural and horticultural production, forestry and the environment, invasive plants and insects, and insect-transmitted human diseases.
The Griswold Research Center will have an open house Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 10 am to 2 pm, for all to tour the facility and get a first-hand look at the projects.
Speak with scientists about their research, tour the fields, view a live honeybee demonstration, get answers to your own plant problems. Learn about vegetable, fruit, and forest pests, invasive species and much more.
