| MAY 2008 --
It’s time to find out what great Grandma’s old flower vase is really worth. The East Central Pomona Grange is holding an Antique Appraisal Night on Thursday, May 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Good Will Grange Hall, 43 Naubuc Ave., Glastonbury.
This is a great night out for young and old. Our museum of Connecticut Grange History will be open. This event is free and open to the public, but there is a charge for each item being appraised. One item for $6 and two items for $10. Refreshments will be available. Doors open at 5:30 and numbers will be handed out.
The East Central Pomona Grange is a regional grange with member granges from most of Hartford County. The Grange is the nation’s oldest national agricultural organization, with grassroots units established in 3,600 local communities in 37 states.
