	  <description>We hosted a youth event for youth to learn how to make their own ice cream in a mason jar. This involved lots of shaking of the ingredients in a mason jar to make the ice cream with the right consistency. Thank you to all who came and helped organize this event!</description>

	  <description>Wallingford Grange in the month of December held a collection of over 20 twin size afghans, blankets, and quilts for the Veterans in the VA Connecticut Blind Center in West Haven. Thank you to everyone who donated! These blankets provide a home atmosphere and warmth during the time Veterans are inpatient in West Haven for a 4-6 week training program away from their homes.</description>
