State Overseer Ted Powell presented Years Service Awards to Fred Camp for 55 years, Albert Maddox for 55 years, Barbara Robert for 45 years, Eloise Osuch and Malcolm for 30 years, and Ray Johnstone for 25 years.
Bean and potato seeds will be given to Nonnewaug High School. Students will donate the harvest to the food bank.</description>

	  <description>Mountain Laurel Pomona will not meet again until March 2 when we are scheduled to meet at Riverton Grange Hall.
In the meantime, our Lecturer would like our members and friends to work on a special project. At our June meeting we will be collecting books for the Region 1 Book Bus. Books are needed for children aged from baby to 8th grade.</description>
