The
delegate body of National Grange has approved the formation
of an advisory committee, titled "The Action Grange
Advisory Committee" to identify ways to stem the
losses of membership and create a new and exciting future
for the organization. Their goal is to develop a strategy
and a plan including a detailed list of initiatives designed
to renew the Grange at the Subordinate (local) level.
The advisory committee has identified five critical areas
and have made recommendations for change.
Those
areas are as follows:
• Leadership
Development
• Membership Development
• Relevance
• Operations
• Managing Change
