Living happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible and fun will be explored at a Health and Lifestyle Workshop titled "A Call to Action." The workshop will be presented by Superior Life Balance, and will feature speaker Micheline Lavoie, CHHC, AADP. Topics at the workshop will include the effects of processed foods, the crisis in America and preventable diseases, losing weight without a diet, and how education and awareness can save lives.

Members are also asked to bring a list/the number of people they are inviting.
