| JANUARY 25,2026 -- Jan: 28: Making Valentines for Community
The members have been busy with meetings and the wonderful Thanksgiving pie sale. Christmas also held pie sales. Our members held a very well attended boot drive in the Putnam Municipal Center parking lot. We were able to collect 67 pairs of boots and 142 pairs of socks. Cash donations of $307.42. These were delivered to TEEG by Danielle Duquette. It was great to have a front-page article in the Villager Newspaper. It is always wonderful to see this kind of publicity for our Grange.
We made some decisions to upgrade the heating system. This would improve the interest in rental of the hall. A Christmas wreath making session was held on Monday Dec. 1. It is good to have a hands-on project for the community. We participated in the Woodstock Winter Festival with a informational display as well as a hands-on project. Thank you, Amy, for organizing this. The display and project were held in the Mansion at Bald Hill with lots of traffic. Glad to see members and guests at meetings and events.
