Around The Grange
Good luck and thank you!

By Jody A. Cameron, CT State Grange President

  AUGUST 3, 2011 --

I was with much regret; I accepted the resignation of two very fine, dedicated Deputies.  Victor Salazar will be attending Clemson University in South Carolina starting this fall semester double majoring in Ag Education and Political Science.

J. Allen Cameron will be stepping down to concentrate on his schooling and career development, he is attending UConn majoring in Dairy Management while working full time at We Li-Kit Farms in Abington.

Both of these gentlemen are two of the youngest Deputy State Masters this State has had, and I commend them for all they have done thus far.  There is a bright future for these two young men, one that will benefit the Grange greatly in the future.

It has been my honor to serve with each of you.  On behalf of the members of the Connecticut State Grange, we thank you for your service to date and wish you much success as you both pursue your desired education paths and career goals.

Jody A. Cameron
President
