Around The Grange
April News from No. Stonington Community Grange

By Nancy Weissmuller

  APRIL 4, 2015 --

We held only one meeting in February due to the extreme weather we have been experiencing.  There doesn’t seem to be any way to keep ahead of these incessant snowstorms.  At our Feb. 27 meeting we learned how much we have forgotten about our degree work.  Four teams competed in ritual games and had lots of fun.  We switched officers for the evening and Ellie Banker did a fine job as a first-time Master.

Our first meeting in April is in the charge of the Ag. And Cons. Committee.  This is always an enjoyable program.  At our second meeting we will honor our Community Citizen and present seals and certificates to longtime members.  And if I can just find my mailbox under the four feet of snow at the top of my driveway, next time I’ll tell you all about marvelous March.

Apr. 10:  Stunned

Apr. 24:  Remarkable
