I do believe summer is here to stay. July starts the Enfield Farmer’s Market and as usual we will have our booth ready to go. This constitutes a great source of income for our Grange and helps promote us in the community. The market is held on Wednesday afternoon from 4 to 8 p.m. on Main Street across from the Community Center. We feature handmade items and small home baked treats.
Our Election of Officers was held in June, as was our inspection, but I have no news for this column yet. Our collection of “Diapers for Daycare” is growing and we should have a very nice donation for our friends at the Enfield Day Care. Thinking ahead for August, bring something for Show and Tell. It’s always a favorite program. |
