| MAY 1, 2025 -- Save the Date! We have con- firmed that our Family Activities and Lecturers contests will be held on the weekend of August 1-3rd. Hillstown Grange in East Hartford will be hosting us this year. Drop off for your entries is on Friday, August 1st between the hours of 3:00 to 6:00 and Saturday, August 2nd before 10:30 am. Judging will begin promptly at 11:00.
On Sunday, August 3rd, come and enjoy breakfast. Hillstown Grange has a wonderful pancake breakfast and you can also try your chances on our teacup auction. All needlework will be displayed for all to see! As always, the first prize winners will be held for the Eastern States contest.
We would like to remind you that we need several judges for all the categories including baking and our theme entries. So those of you with a sweet tooth will enjoy judging the cake entries! We would love
to see you and we are providing a nice lunch after the judging is completed on Saturday before you are on your way.
Also, we are looking for donations for our teacup auction. If you have something new and not used that you would like to regift we would love to have it. We are looking to have these items (not used items) so that we can continue helping and supporting other committees
National Quilt Block Contest Announced.
One more contest to announce is the National Quilt Block contest.
