Nov. 23: Meeting on Sunday at 2 pm Our new Grange year started in October. The Lecturer’s theme for our new Grange year will be Countries. However, we decided to cancel our October meeting due to the impending Northeastern storm. November’s program is Poland by Eloise/ref: by Al. M.

At our November meeting, please remember to contribute food items for the Thanksgiving Holiday family. Also, collecting additional donations for the food bank.

“The Best Dictionary for Students” is being ordered for elementary grade students. The Dictionary Project enables students to learn to find words in a dictionary and develops problem solving skills that will help children find the meaning of a word instead of asking their mother or using a computer.

Our Delegates to the CT State Session are Assistant Overseer Ray Johnstone and Ceres Cheryl Johnstone.

A Community Service Activity booklet of the past year, was compiled by Barbara R. It was finely made and we appreciate it.

We offer our sincere sympathies to our Chaplain Carol Womelsdorf on the heartbreaking loss of life of her son Christopher.
