The county AA Chapter held it annual Alkathon over the Christmas and New Years holidays. This event has been held at our hall for many years. They pay us a stipend, snake out our sewer line, and then finish by washing, cleaning, and waxing our dinning room floor to include the kitchen and the two restrooms. As mentioned earlier, we have had some inquiries to rent out our hall. Insurance regulations require they be carefully screened. We are compiling a list of areas that we will need to address involving our hall such as painting and our front steps. We will meet downstairs in February.
