Around The Grange
October 2020 News from Glastonbury Grange No. 26

By Kay Ruff

  OCTOBER 3, 2020 --

Glastonbury Grange is still unable to meet at the Masonic Hall.  We are hopeful that perhaps we will be able to meet by December.   But that certainly is not written in stone.

Plans have just begun with the idea of meeting on Zoom.  Plans for this have just begun but it is not a certainty.  Time will tell if it is a “go”.  Most of the membership do not have the means to do this,  myself included.

Dues notices have gone out and a few have already mailed them in.  October 1st. our second “Bakeless/Foodless Sale will begin for 2020.  This fundraiser will be most helpful as we have not been able to hold our Monte-Carlo Whist card parties all year.  These two events are the only income for 2020 and we are certainly still paying rent to the Masonic Lodge.   We pray that 2021 will find us all back to our “normal” way of life.  We wish all a pleasant Fall Season.
