September 2018 News from Prospect Grange No. 144

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at the Prospect Community Center. We had an annual picnic catered by a former Junior Granger and enjoyed an enormous amount of delicious food with 17 in attendance. The weather was perfect. We were saddened with the loss of Marguerite Moran, a longtime member and friend.

September 2018 News from Nutmeg Pomona No. 16

The next meeting will be September 16, 2018 and we will be conferring the Fifth Degree at Cheshire Grange – time 2:00. If we have no candidates, Lecturer Lois Evankow will present a program entitled “How did your garden grow?” Refreshments will be served by the members of Hemlock and Southington Granges.
